Mental health crisis and raising awareness about it is important to work toward access to compassionate care for all. The more we talk about mental health, the more comfortable we will become in accepting ourselves, understanding our emotional complexity our ever changing nature, and developing effective coping mechanism that also allows us to reach out for help when we need it.

Mental health include our psychological. Emotional and social well - being.
Our mental health impact how we think. How we feel, and how we act. It affect all parts of who we are. Including our physical health. Mental health determine how we make choices. How we work through struggle.and how we relate to ourselves and to the world.
It is important to take good care of our own mental health by being intentional with our self care practice and to be patient and kind with other, through acceptance and non judgement.
By normalising all conversation about mental health, service can be de-stigmatized and made accessible to people suffering in isolation.
Mental well being
Good mental health allows well being.
.Mental well being is a state in which we are able to be our true selves, realize our own full potential, and cultivate a sense of purpose. It allows us to cope with difficulties,stress and uncertainty.
.Mental well being does not exempt us from experiencing negative thoughts and feelings. We absolutely will have them, (because we are human), but mental well being is the ability to understand and manage those feelings with effective coping mechanism without being overwhelmed.
Well being is allow self awareness to guide our capacity for intentional choices and agency.
Mental illeness
Mental illeness are healthy condition involving changes in emotion. thinking and behaviour (or a combination of these).thay can be temporary moments or long lasting. but regardless of their severity or duration one can receive different kind of help to work through what feels difficult. There are many effective treatment.
It is important to address the difficulties experienced with compassion, support, and care.
mental illness does not define who we are, it is just one aspect of our life experience that requires care.
it is nothing to be ashamed of. so many of us share these hurts and pains in different forms. you are not alone
we all deserve to be seen heard, and understood in our truth.
Mental health is individual and profoundly personal. as we experience it is in unique way, and it is a simultaneously collective, as it concerns us all, and we have this shared experience of it in the world.
Holding space for both of these truth to co-exit allows us to find comfort in community, and courage in ourselves.

set and maintain boundaries and in all areas of life, express all emotion (cry, laugh, scream) practice emotional regulation and self-love, practice asking and receiving help sooth you nervous system, cuddle.
. Social self care:
stay connected, call loved ones, join a support group, connect with community, spend time with people with whom you feel seen doing an activity together. cultivating friendship and engage in social justice.
. Spiritual selfcare:
connect with your faith or with spiritual principles that inspire you, meditate, watch your mind, silence, read about spirituality, pray sing write, volunteer for a cause, spend time in nature, connect with core values and beliefs.
. Physical self care:
drink lot of water, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, eat healthy meals, get regular medical care, take a bath or get a massage, hydrate your skin join /dance/ yoga/ workout classes dance to your favourite song.
professional self care
make a clear separation between work life and personal life (even in WFH situation), set boundaries and insist on them communicate honestly, learn to say no, shift career direction, learn a new skill, find something you in enjoy at work take break etc.

meal preparing doing laundry running errands paying bills getting organised writing a to do list.
